Using the Book of Secrets, we experience meditation techniques designed to help transform your life through spiritual awareness. Rev. Janice leads a guided meditation, discussion and a re-centering for insights to be integrated.

Hatha Yoga in the Anusara Approach. Join Camille Ogden for this heart-opening alignment. Using proper breathing and a series of movements, the students discover the interconnection of self with the universe. 

Wednesdays 5–6:30 p.m. (Beginners) and Saturdays 8-9:15 a.m. (Intermediate Level)

As life goes faster and we are surrounded by more information than we could ever process, many realize the world cannot bring you a sense of peace and calm. 

Meditation is a way to clear the mind, improve concentration, open the heart, lower blood pressure and rejuvenate the Soul. Yet many say they do not have time to practice this art. Often, this is not because of a lack of desire but a sense of not knowing how. 

Join Rev. Janice in a four-week class that looks at four methods of meditation that can be used as tools to allow the "fog" to settle and awareness and understanding to dawn. Meditation transcends religious structures and opens us to experience the mystery of life. Each week, we will discuss and experience different meditation techniques.  
 
Methods include: 

• Unity's guided meditation;
• Meditation based on Roy Eugene Davis' Center for Spiritual Awareness; 
• Insight Meditation;
• Meditation based on OSHO's The Book of Secrets.
