Welcome to a Positive, Practical and Mystical Experience of Life at Unity of Fort Pierce.
Unity is a link in the great educational movement inaugurated by Jesus Christ.
Founded by Myrtle and Charles Fillmore, Unity looks to Jesus as our way-shower and teaches
and models a positive and radical alternative way of living, based on unconditional love.
We live and move and have our being in One Presence, whether we call it Spirit, Life,
Father, Mother, or Love; and that as we let go of our learned beliefs and concepts
we are able to realize this Presence, and praise God that good is everywhere. ”
We are a Spiritual Center of Practical Christianity and use the Bible as our primary text.
The Bible may be studied and memorized but if the spirit within the letter is not grasped,
it’s practical application will not be made nor its true purpose understood.
Unity teaches practical ways to understand and use Universal Laws in everyday life
so we can see the gates of Heaven are here and now.
As we live immersed in the Mystery of life, we enter a dimension of richness that can only be
described as mystical. Our intention is to live the message that Jesus taught who said
“I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10).
