In the story of the prodigal son, the older son stayed home and simmered,
while his younger brother was ‘out and about,’ and when the younger son came
home to a party, the older son felt unappreciated, and his simmering
boiled over and he accused his father of loving the younger son more.
Having raised two children I can relate!
But this story is about us – our consciousness.
When we feel unappreciated or lack we try to fix it out side us, (in a
foreign land) and we squander our inheritance, (life force), and are acting as
the younger son.
We wake up and find ourselves in the pig pen and we think I’ll go home to
Presence. Upon our return we are embraced and celebrated –
Likewise, when we feel exhausted from our projects - trying to be appreciated
and loved by others, we moan to ourselves - "what about me! " in that moment, if
we listen, we can hear the Father say:
The common thread here is the Father.
God is our Source – and God never leaves
Each morning enter the Presence and while dropping a coin or bill into the
Prosperity Bank affirm:
"God is my Source -I am healthy and prosperous in all of my affairs."
Then walk knowing
You
do not walk alone.
