Hi, I wanted to let you know I found another purpose for your meditation CD...I keep a copy everywhere I go...I've downloaded it onto my MP3 player and also have a copy in the car -use it to control anxiety while driving! It worked wonders for me last week when I got stuck on US1 during torrential rain and heavy traffic. Thanks again! |
